For non-personalised order, if you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return, please send us a message through the ‘CONTACT US’ section of the website within 14 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- The product has arrived damaged
- The product is faulty or doesn’t match what has been ordered
- We have made a mistake on your order
As the cases are carefully handmade to order, they can NOT be returned should you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong case model by mistake.
You are responsible for ensuring all details that you have provided during checkout, this includes the item details such as design or case model, are correct.
When messaging to return an item, please include:
- Order number
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
- Pictures to show faults/issues (if applicable)
Once we receive your message, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
Please note - the original shipping cost is NOT refundable unless the item is damaged upon delivery, or the wrong item has been shipped.
Any product returned must NOT be used and must be returned in its original box. Any item returned used or without the original packaging can NOT be refunded.
For international customers, to avoid any customs charges, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
